The view and the room was beautiful. The hotel was clean and in a calm location.

Great for what you pay - lovely staff and great breakfast
Why oh WHY is there not a path that goes straight from the property to the beach? We specifically picked this location as we wanted to be as close to the beach as possible and it looks really close to the beach on the map but it ended up being like a 15 min walk to the beach having to go right around the streets as there is no direct path from the property… odd

it was available at short notice.
location is far from the main promenade you can get there, but its a bit of a walk and also no food places nearby.
the properties restaurant food is overpriced, i paid those prices at premium 5 star hotels. deserts were not available when requested even though its listed on the menu. they tell you only ice creams (magnum , cornetto etc) are available.
no glasses in the room or Tea cups, room 009 aircon didnt work and no kettle. TV of room 007 can be heard in 008 as if you were watching on your TV. i had to ask front desk to actually go into the room and switch off the tv because it would automatically come on at odd times with the volume at 99 and no one in the room.
pool/snooker table has 2 que's 1 broken in half other has no tip, the foos ball table is rusted and no grease or oil showing no usage.
