Everything was good

7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Near the Ebbsfleet station.

Roads to hotel, busy and some without footpaths. Chose a taxi as best option. No sitting room or place to wait for the room to be ready. Food provided in a pub/ eatery nearby. This was inconvenient and would be difficult in bad weather.

Location

Room was not as clean as it should have been found a peanut on the floor as well as other debris. Bed made after first night, towels were placed in bath for replacement but not done, cups were not replaced with clean ones and tea coffee were not restocked.
