Very helpful receptionist.
Room size is huge!
Kettle provided.
Plenty of parking.
Co-op nearby.
Soundproofing non-existent.
Huge room but minimal shelving/storage/hanging space. For the size of the room you would expect a suitcase rack or an extra small table/chair.

Location
Room was not as clean as it should have been found a peanut on the floor as well as other debris. Bed made after first night, towels were placed in bath for replacement but not done, cups were not replaced with clean ones and tea coffee were not restocked.
