New, clean, beautiful, fresh and very functional. The house is beautiful so is the room. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge where you can store some food and also get coffee and tea. The room is really beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Excellent value for money and if you have your own transportation it's really easy to get to Ubud and also to the beautiful rice fields of Tabanan
