They have plenty of common areas, and kitchen for different sections.
Is not about the property, just about the street that is not well done, but everything inside is great!

location, bed sheets didn’t smell
I lived in three different rooms during my 2-weeks stay here. overall I can say this place needs renovation and more attentive stuff. I had a huge cockroach in my bathroom, a very hard mattress, sticky and dusty floor (don’t think it
was mopped before my check-in), broken AC, greyish washed out towels and someone’s (previous guest’s apparently) hair in the bathtub.
