How difficult would it be to provide a few coffee/tea sachets and a bottle of water for the newly arrived guests? They have to walk up and down three flights of stairs to the apartment and are unfamiliar with the town and its shops. So why not help them by giving them some basic refreshments at their arrival? .... And why not give them an extra plastic bag for the kitchen trash bin?

Apartment 3 is spacious, clean, with balcony and gallery, equipped with underfloor heating in the bathroom (suitable for 4 people). It is located in a park at very center of Trebinje. Staff is polite and at service when needed.

Gallery double bed is a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great. Cleanliness and size was very good

Loudness - Saturday night there was music in the square until well after 2am - so was difficult to sleep. Also, there is a church bell right outside the windows - so this woke us both mornings.

Very friendly owner, clean apartment, right in the center. I recommend it to everyone.

I was too short

The breakfast was not 3€, we had one key for 4 people, they skimmed on toilet paper which we had to buy for our two nights there and the stove was impossible to operate. Also they put us in the wrong room initially.

Location of apartment is in the Center of Trebinje, in City Park, 50m from Old City. Everything is in walking distance. Parking for a car is app. 100m away and . Apartment is new, modern, spaces and clean. WiFi working but could have better signal

AC is only in living space, so bedrooms are hot in summer. In kitchen, no enough cups, glasses, Frying pan to small for 4 people, generally Cooking utensils are very limited for group of four or more people. In bathroom no shelves or cupboard
