The location, just far enough away from the noise and bustle.. close enough to the beach. Everything you need around you and quick to get anywhere with Grab taxis.. and the pool was amazing for a quick (or long) dip.

Breakfast had great options, all the staff were super friendly. We felt very safe with all the staff, including security who noted where we were going and who collected us at all times. There was some noisy guests at another property one night at about 1am and the security team visited to request they keep it down, it was very appreciated!

Loved the villa style, with private pool. Rooms were comfortable.
Lots of marks on the walls (there is a material part to the wall, someone has spilt some kind of liquid on it - making the room feel dirty) it seems it would need to be steam cleaned or the material replaced to actually make it look good again.
Mould on the curtains, and on the pool chair cushions.
The couch inside was absolutely disgusting, I just refused to sit on it.
There was a consistent squealing noise in the pool area, we asked staff what it was (it was loud enough to disturb you relaxing by the pool) they said they think it was the pool pump. But nothing was done about it during our stay. The pool also felt dirty. It felt like it needed a vacuum.
Breakfast was ok as long as you don’t order anything hot, the cooked breakfast was not edible. I would strongly suggest just ordering continental (toast, cereal or the pancakes were ok).
