Not value of money

Location is very good but the management only leaning on this. The facilities of the apartment are very old. The doormen are good and friendly but the management staff only cares money. I asked for a cleaning during check in they said 70 Pounds, after I asked for it it became 115 pounds even they asked for money for changing sheets and putting clean towers. After repetetive talks we could succeed to have 2 clean sheets which we change ourselves after one week. We stayed for 16 days paid more than 6000 pounds and there is no service no friendly approach. This is an apartment we know but it is not fair to give the keys and keave the rest for 16 days. We definetely believe that it is not the value of money.

Property does NOT take guest satisfaction seriously! Excellent Location!

The location could not have been better. The property is 1 minute away from Marble Arch, 2 mins from Marble Arch Station and Oxford Street, very near the Bus Tour stops for Marble Arch, etc. There is a 24/4 convenience store downstairs, which made it very easy to get items that we needed like food, drinks, washing powder, snacks, souvenirs, and other items. The location is next to Hyde Park also. Perfect location for proximity to the city. They made it very easy to collect the keys and enter the property. This particular unit was on the 1st floor, which was easily accessible via stairs or the lift. The kitchen is very accommodating and even includes a dishwasher, wine cooler, and microwave.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is aware of these issues, yet has not resolved them prior to my stay. The mattress in the large guest room is damaged and should NOT be slept in. They were aware of this from previous guests reviews (I discovered after the fact), yet allowed me to sleep on it. It was difficult to fall asleep, it made noises and caused me lower back pain each morning. It is VERY difficult to shower, because the water is ONLY hot. If you have small kids, they will be scalded by this very hot water. During our 4 day stay, we never were able to find a comfortable water temperature. Water from the shower leaks out into the surrounding floor, causing slip and fall hazards. This is something that other guests mentioned in reviews that is STILL NOT RESOLVED as of 24 May 2023. The washing machine is broken, locked with our towels inside and would not re-open. We left our stay with the towels still locked in the machine. The property only provided 2 large towels within each room upon check-in. If you need more towels, you need to bring them on your own. I asked the property for a partial refund given these issues and they kept ignoring the request. Please also note, that the windows in the guest rooms are just for decoration and natural light. There is no view from the interior windows and only a weird courtyard view from the living room area. The stairs and other common areas of the facility are dated, worn out and in need of a refresh. **UPDATE: 2 June 2023 The property was listed as 2 bed/2 bath in the search, yet was 2 bed/1 bath. I asked for a replacement mattress for a 4 night stay (NOT 3 nights)! May 18 - May 22. Other guests complained about the mattress (I uploaded pics), the water being too hot and the pictures not reflecting the unit. The EMERGENCY RELEASE lever was missing on the machine, which is an indication that the unit had previously locked, which is why I believe the handle was already broken. Unit has been delisted! Good!

Would absolutely stay here again, no question.

Great apartment extremely close to the Marble Arch tube station (central line).

Very nearly missed the hand off for the keys, arriving later than expected around 18:30 due to unforeseen train and tube delays. that said, the gentleman assisting us, Ruben, was superb. We ran out of toilet tissue and the kitchen did not have any paper towels.

Everything exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and ali was an amazing host .. Its infront of hardrock cafe .. very near to hyde park and oxford street so the location is excellent! we will definitely come back here..

Location location location

Honestly you could not get a better location And we loved having a little convenience store downstairs...it was needed for ice, paper towels, Xtra toilet paper, coffee etc. Also the staff was exceptional very nice. Unfortunately the flat itself was very tired the floors weren't very clean the bathroom was mediocre and the hot water was terrible. When you shower the design of the shower you can't help but get water all over the floor and there's nothing to grab onto to keep from slipping. Also the street noise is very loud although we did get to hear the end of the Elton John concert and the soundcheck for the Eagles... I guess it's a plus. Just What future guests know to bring earplugs. Also nothing is more frustrating than not having sufficient Wi-Fi and it was bad. The positives are great positives I hope the owners take this into consideration and consider sprucing up the place. There did seem to be some renovation going on I know because it ruined a shirt of mine with wet paint when I leaned up against a freshly painted wall lol.

Was adequate for our needs.

Location great. Very clean. Good bathroom with lots of hot water. Excellent lighting. Nice to have Washer/dryer but had to buy washing pods. Plenty of storage space. balcony was a plus even though it could use a fresh coat of paint. Had a hot water tea kettle, microwave and toaster in kitchen. Dishwasher but no detergent. Felt very safe with front desk keeper.

Hallway into flat was very grungy looking. There were no amenities like kitchen soap, shampoo, bath soap, dishwasher or clothes washer supplies. When requested, Ali was very responsive and brought a sponge and extra toilet paper. The primary bed was VERY low…maybe 15 inches off the floor…difficult for an older person to get in and out of. Fortunately there was a twin bed of normal height. TV stations and reception were poor. Would be helpful to have a little welcome pack with extra trash bags, soap, sponge, etc.

not same pic in booking the flat is very dirty there is noise every day for building next to us we can’t sleep not clean flat i will never rent this flat again there is a problem in bathroom of the flat and when us take a shower it is cost a leak and the manger take our money because the flat problem
