The whole apartment was beautiful, the location was great. The continental breakfast was lovely

We lined the location and the quietness. The small courtyard had a bird feeder which attracted about ten bluetits at one time, and a woodpecker. We occasionally saw chickens in the host’s garden from the bedroom window.

Not massively important to us, but it could be to some people- the internet strength and mobile phone signal strengths were both poor. We could clearly hear the hosts speaking through the walls and ceiling, and have to assume that they could hear us too.

Quiet location ,very clean and cosy . Very comfortable bed ,breakfast lovely ,the host couldn’t do enough for you .will be back highly recommend

The whole stay was amazing. More than met our expectations. Pippin Heath House was in the ideal location for the event and areas we were keen to visit. Despite being a B & B it was great to be independent with having the facility of all breakfast left in the fridge and freezer, tea and coffee etc. left for us to sort ourselves. The food choice's were everything we eat at home, all healthy and a lot of options/choice. A lovely spacious property to stay in and the rooms very clean, stylishly furnished and thoughtfully planned with lots of little touches. Sally was so lovely, really friendly and attentive.

Nothing to be honest. We like to tidy before we go out so did wash breakfast dishes up best we could . It would help if there could be perhaps a facility for example a washing up bowl to make use of to achieve this more satisfactorily. However, we did manage ok.
