Amazing resort-like venue 15-min away from the heart of Marrakech. Everything from the architecture, staff, accommodation, excursions, water park access, buffet breakfast, cleanliness was exceptional. Loved this place.
Not much I can say here. They’ve outdone themselves and have not left any doubt or negative in my family and my experience.

The hotel is beautiful, walking through the hotel is like walking through a beautiful garden, very clean and well maintained private rooms and excellent food at the restaurant. So quiet and relaxed compared to the middle of Marrakech. The kids loved the pool and the garden games, great access to the water park, advice would be to go early and avoid weekends as it gets busy. Resort was super safe and relaxed
Unfortunately the service was poor. Very friendly just slow, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakesh however I would say order food and drinks at least 30mins before you want it. I saved a load of money as most of the cocktails my wife ordered didn’t turn up. When ordering water for the kids we would take it straight away or we would be waiting 20mins. All part of the Moroccan laid back charm. We would order breakfast buffet to the room which was beautiful but nearly every day it came with no plates, no bother as it was a small walk to get them from the restaurant. There is only one restaurant at the hotel so we chose to eat out locally a lot which was frustrating at the start with taxis but on balance made us try new food and pushed us out or comfort zone with kids.

Beautiful location, and grounds. Lodges were Gorgeous, everything you needed. Staff were very attentive. Fab stay!
Amazing, nothing I didn’t like. Perhaps a shuttle bus in the evening for the return from Marrakesh. But really it was one of the nicest hotels
I have ever stayed in!
