Incredible views and real tranquility. Beautiful gardens, trees and pristine fynbos. Considerate and friendly hosts. Lovely pure water off the mountains.

Quite dangerous step in the bathroom of our cottage especially in the dark at night. We made an indoor fire on arrival - it was a chilly night with quite a breeze but chimney not drawing well and fireplace pushed out a lot of smoke.

We loved this house. It was absolutely wonderful. We will definately be coming back again. The views were magnificent and even the visits from the donkeys and sheep were great. The facilities were above expectations and everything you needed was there.

The facility was excellent. The ONLY downfall is that the road is NOT good for low bearing vehicles, especially the road up to Fig Tree Cottages. On a small note, the dishwasher did not work, but we had enough manual washers!!

Stunning views, shade for car. Facilities passable.

Extremely uncomfortable beds. Main bedroom mattress sagged at both ends. Complained about this 2 years ago and nothing has changed. Single beds mattress springs diggs into back.
