The apartment is very well located and quite spacious. The one I booked had two bedrooms, both with double beds, plus a single bed in the living room, so it can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
Although I didn’t use it, the apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, electric kettle and dish towels. There were towels for everyone in the bedrooms, and the bathroom had toilet paper and soap.
The apartment is simple, so don’t expect luxury, but it suited me very well. It is important to remember that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so you should not expect hotel services or a luxurious accommodation, as that is not what you will find here.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a spacious, comfortable place in a great location with everything you need for your stay, this apartment is a very good choice.
I don’t consider these to be criticisms, but rather just a couple of observations.
I believe it is relatively common in Switzerland for bathrooms not to have windows to the outside. Since the bathroom is completely enclosed, there is limited air circulation, and because of this, there was always a slight smell of dampness.
In my country, it is very common for bathrooms to have windows, so I noticed this difference during my stay. However, as I mentioned, I believe this is more a matter of local culture and construction standards than an actual problem with the apartment.
Another point I found a little difficult was communicating with the host. I had some questions before my stay and tried to contact her via WhatsApp using the number provided on the website, as well as through the Booking.com chat, but I didn’t receive a response. I was only able to contact the host when I was already on my way to the apartment.

Very near the train station and city centre. Have a kitchen where you can cook meals with cutleries and cooking utensils.
Quite find it difficult to communicate as they are bit not very responsive. We meet the old man who owns the place and I think maybe it is because of language barrier as I can not speak Swiss German .
Toiletries are not really provided in a way that we have tissue roll in the toilet but the shampoo and soap are not refilled so we need to buy our own as we book it for few days.

The apartment was quite spacious, with three rooms and a fairly large kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils. It was conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from Interlaken West station. Lidl, Migros, and several restaurants were also within easy walking distance.
The apartment could benefit from improved cleanliness. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, particularly in the kitchen, which suggested that it had not been deep-cleaned for some time. The floors and carpets also needed a more thorough clean. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom space was very narrow, which could be uncomfortable for a larger person. Lighting in the apartment is also need some improvement
However, the price was excellent for an entire apartment. We paid £206 for one night, which was very affordable compared with other properties in the surrounding area. Considering the low price, the overall experience was understandable.
