Вилата е с чудесна веранда, която е и с чудесна гледка към морето и предразполага към много приятни вечери на верандата. Местоположението е в район на пътя Солун-Кавала, на 15 минути път с кола от Неа Перамос. Няма населени места и плажове на пешеходно разстояние, но пък има множество такива на 10-30 минути път с кола. Вилата е чудесно и с вкус обзаведена, с всичко необходимо, климатици във всички стаи и автоматични ролетни щори за всички прозорци. Домакините за много любезни и отзивчиви.

The villa is the perfect place for a family with kids. On the other side of the road there was a rocky beach with almost zero people and full of fish, crabs and pebbles. The kids loved it!
It was in the middle of a heatwave and there was a nationwide ban on outside barbecues, so we ware not able to fully enjoy it, but there wasn’t the villa’s fault

The house offers good facilities - nice bedrooms, a nice small kitchen with utilities, a very nice large terrace with a beautiful view.
On some days the water was stopping. The sofa for the 5th person was very small and not so comfortable. The house has a slight incline, which was a bit strange but still ok.

The view from the property was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay.
Communication with the host was excellent. She was responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.
We also appreciated that the property is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog much easier.
The listing states that you are booking the entire house, but after making the reservation we found out that it was only one floor of the house. This should be made much clearer in the description.
The floor throughout the apartment was noticeably uneven and sloped, which made it uncomfortable to walk around.
Some of the kitchen utensils and cutlery were not properly cleaned.
The water pressure was quite low, especially in the shower.
Overall, considering the facilities and condition of the property, we felt that the price was higher than what was offered.
