We were in Athens for a family wedding and a large number of the family stayed at the villa. It was perfect for a multi generational holiday.
Due to the location a car is essential.

Mrs Efi was a nice lady and the property has lots of space and would be lovely - if it was maintained properly.
I think this was the most stressful holiday we have ever had. From the very start, when the agents misrepresented the fact that one bedroom did not have aircon, it just got worse. No Wi-Fi coverage in the entire annexe and they also stated that they would get us an extender… which they didn’t. General poor Wi-Fi everywhere - which meant that we had to use our mobile data for even Facebook reels. No working aircon in the entire living area of the annexe – meaning this whole area was unusable. And in 40 degree heat! Numerous power cuts, including 5 on our final night in the annexe bedroom, when we were trying to pack. We were resetting fuses at midnight with only the light of our mobile phones!
Four large wild dogs from the next door house followed our sons when they went on a walk in the evening. The owner/neighbour told them to ‘keep moving for your safety’ and the dogs followed them into our villa complex because, of course, the locks on the gate were not working. This was totally unacceptable and very frightening.
Both of the dishwashers in the property failed, so we had to wash up by hand. Repair men came and went on at least 6 separate days. The pool man and the gardeners, who I know have to come, came in the middle of the day when we were trying to sunbathe. Couldn’t they come earlier as they do in most holiday properties? To top it all, there was a continuous unpleasant smell of diesel in the main house living and kitchen areas, which Mrs Efi said was ‘normal’.
She was a nice lady and the property has lots of space and would be lovely - if it was maintained properly. But everything was rather old and tired and really not acceptable for the £6500 which we paid for the 12 days. And the agents were not satisfactory at all.
