We loved everything about the property; the space - brilliant for a family of 5, the kitchen area, the 360 balcony outlook, our hosts and the location.

This is an exceptional vacation rental. Set in a small vineyard and right on the Sarca River, the views from each balcony are just spectacular. We enjoyed a very special three week stay. Fulvio is a terrific host. We were greeted with a gift basket of local fruits and wine and he and his lovely daughter carefully reviewed the details of the apartment with us. The apartment is quite spacious with high quality appliances and great cookware. Spotlessly clean and good linens and towels provided. Despite some very warm weather we found opening the doors and windows kept us quite comfortable at night. Very highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful apartments I have been to. Well-equipped, with large balconies overlooking the castle and Arco itself, vineyards and Monte Brione. A refreshment with local fruit, wine, juice and jam was waiting for us in the apartment. The hosts themselves were very nice and helpful. We could easily leave the car in their locked parking lot after staying in the apartment. I can recommend this place to anyone with all my heart!

Location, comfort, hosts, easy parking, security, everything actually. The perfect place to stay for a cycling holiday.

No washing machine. No a/c.

We had the garden apartment, which has a lovely little grass area with table, chairs and some reclining seats with a great view of the Arco cliffs. There is good secure bike storage in the basement, and it is really worth taking bikes as there are cycle tracks everywhere. The town is really nice and has a real bike and climbing culture. Everything works well and I enjoyed cooking. There was a small problem with the lightening taking out the power in the middle of the night, but I texted Fulvio and he had it sorted first thing in the morning. He was really nice and I was very impressed by how helpful he was. I found some fun mountain biking but gosh some of the hills are big! I also bouldered on a couple of local limestone crags (10 minutes away,) and the amazing perfect granite in Val Daone (just over an hour away). It is a great part of the world, and if/when we come back this will be the first property we will look at!
