I found this property to be ideal for my stay in London. It has an ideal location, within minutes of Bond Street and great restaurants and useful shops. The property is in good shape and very well managed. The internal lift is great if you are traveling with a big suitcase. I would happily stay here again.
The only real criticism I have is that I wish the cupboards had handles. Truly -- no big deal. Its a great place!

Cute apartment in an excellent location. 3 minute walk to Bond st tube station so could get to any place in central London in < 20 minutes. Many great restaurants within 2 minute walk.
Had an elevator so didn’t have to carry out heavy bags up flight of stairs.
The kitchen didn’t have basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper etc) but there were multiple grocery stores with a 10 min walk.
the non stick pans were old and badly scratched so couldnt be used. The electric stove was hard to operate (the heat would keep turning on and off).

Location and very liveable with modern design
Communication with Talitha was ok in the beginning through booking app. We moved to WhatsApp shortly after but the responses were very slow or no respond for days. I was told to take a taxi from Heathrow. We waited an hour for a taxi who could not find our location. And finally we took a metro to Bond Street which was a breeze. I tried calling Talitha from the airport but no pick up. Texted her on WhatsApp while I was a little lost where to collect the keys and again no response both on calls and texts . Instant support to travellers is important for your kind of business and not left us stranded. Left Luggage was fully booked on the day of our checked out. We weren’t told to book in advance to avoid disappointment. These are important details that travellers will need. We had 6 big luggage’s and had to drag 400m to another left luggage company we search online. These are the disappointment from the customer service and support from us. Otherwise everything was great and we had a great time in the apartment.

Tesiste televizyonda doğru dürüst kanal yoktu, YouTube izlemek zorunda kaldık. 5 gün için yeterli temiz havlu yoktu. Klozette ilk gün gittiğimde leke vardı. Priz adaptörü olsa iyi olurdu. Temizlik hizmeti almak veya havlu istemek için ekstra para vermeniz gerekiyor ki bu çok kötü.
