Fantastic location, just a stones throw from the harbour with two pubs just yards away. The house was a good size for our party of five, and all of the bedrooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and a little decking area from the patio doors.
Unfortunately there were a few cleanliness issues - things not picked up by the cleaning company, such as mouldy food in the cupboard, crumpled tissues in the bathroom, cigarette butts, a few dirty and cracked plates and the freezer drawer was unusable as it was completely frozen over. Other things were broken - including a chair leg and a lamp shade. We did report it. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely spacious house which has a lot going for it.

Large spacious rooms, ideal locations, just 2 minute walk to the front, but never heard any noise from it.
Owners at hand to answer any queries/questions with quick replies
Both showers leaked a little - owners are aware.
Lack of parking if you have anything more than a mini/small fiesta, does have a small garage but it's tight.
Parking isn't the owner's fault as it's scarborough it's always hard to park.

The location was excellent it was just a short walk to the beach and all amenities. It was quiet And peaceful.
It was spacious and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us . The kitchen was well equipped, the oven looked new and it was clean.
The towels were clean, lovely and fluffy and the sheets were freshly laundered.
It has the potential to be an ideal base for a holiday in Scarborough for a large family group.
It hadn't been cleaned properly. There were cobwebs in the house, a half filled beer glass on the wall in the garden , rubbish under one of the beds and dirt and rubbish in the garage, there was a hole in the garage roof. There was a leak in the main bathroom that was coming through the kitchen ceiling.
