Rooms are great, they have everything you need. Our TV didn't work tho, I didnt bother to ask why.
Despite smoking being forbidden, the smell of cigarettes is everywhere, specially in the lifts. They have cameras everywhere but they don't enforce this prohibition.
The Staff was very unwilling to help us with questions about the city and local attractions. "We don't know, we don't use those booking websites" Yeah, thanks I know you are not the tourist, but I thought you would be more knowledgeable working the hospitality business. They offered us free breakfast if we gave them a good review, but guess what? The breakfasts was also bad, so here I am.
