Lokalizacja doskonała gdyż spełnia oczekiwania przybywających do Kołobrzegu pociągiem (bliskie sąsiedztwo dworca PKP) jak również kierowców z uwagi na parkowania samochodu. Wszelkie atrakcje kurortu nadmorskiego dosłownie w zasięgu wzroku: plaże w odległości spacerowej około 10 minut, molo, latarnia morska, port tuż obok, restauracje i inne jadło czy piwo-dajnie lub rybo-smażalnie na trasie od Jagiellońskiej do promenady nadmorskiej. W pobliżu sklepy Mr, Ża oraz stoiska owocowo-warzywne. Warunki zakwaterowania wymarzone: winda i komfortowy pokój z dobrym wyposażeniem

Ja bym nic nie poprawiał gdyż wszystko jest optymalnie dopracowane organizacyjnie a standard lokalu i jego otoczenie. także zastane przez nas warunki higieniczno-sanitarne pokoju nie budzą najmniejszych zastrzeżeń. Bardzo sympatyczna osoba kontaktowa. Pani Patrycjo dziękujemy.

Mieszkanie spełnia wszystkie wymagania.Jest koło dworca PKP, do plaży 10 minut.Blisko sklepu spożywczego i centrum miasta.Usytuowane na 4 piętrze lecz jest winda.Doskonały wystrój.Pani Patrycja,która zarządza mieszkaniem zawsze służy pomocą i radą.

Podobało mi się wszystko.Doskonała lokalizacja i wyposażenie.
