We especially liked that the apartment is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the garden is beautiful. The host was very kind. We felt very safe, and the location is very peaceful yet close to the beach, shops, public transport, and the sea.
There are always things that can be better and nicer, but when we consider the price and the overall ambience, we have to give the highest rating.

Die zentrale Lage, Bus und Bahn Verbindungen sind nur paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Sowie der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer abgeschlossener Anlage, man fühlt sich dadurch sehr sicher.
Wir waren nur zu 2 dort, jedoch ist Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie.
Vorteilhaft waren außerdem die 2 Bäder.
Der Besitzer antwortet immer sehr schnell.
Des Weiteren war ein später Check out ohne Aufpreis möglich, vielen Dank dafür! ☀️😊
Es hätte mehr Besteck geben müssen.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the supermarket, trams, and the beach. The apartment is situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by lovely green shared spaces. Access to the villa is secure (with a code to the gate), and having a dedicated parking space can be a great convenience.
The lounge and kitchen area is exceptionally spacious, and the air conditioning was a real bonus during the hot summer days. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful answers to all my questions.

Aside from the spacious lounge and kitchen area, some of the other rooms felt a little dated — for example, the cupboard sliding doors didn’t open or close smoothly. The bathtub took quite a long time to fill, the dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay, and there could have been a bit more cutlery provided.

Emplacement, rez-de-chaussée de jardin appréciable avec un chien, surface général du logement +100 m2 ce qui est tres bien , deux vraies chambres et beau salon clair avec clim, tres appréciable; Staff tres sympathique et réactif.
Parking voiture + scooter facile à garer, bien sécurisé...c'est un logement famille et tranquille pour un séjour en famille qui souhaite visiter et bouger car central.
En fait le logement nécessiterai des travaux de decoration meme si tout fonctionne, nous étions prévenu, c'est rococo mais fonctionnel. Il s'agit d'un tres bon rapport surface:prix/emplacement.
