You should give it a try. There is a very good chance you won´t regret it. :)

Overall, the unit is very well equipped and we liked the balcony with the view (of the sea). The A/C was perfectly operating... you have everything you need directly in the apartment. The windows of the apartment enabling you to enjoy the sunset and the sea directly from the living room is a massive extra. The interior was not dated, the dining area was a nice extra too.

To some people, walking up to the apartment might be a bit of a challenge, but it is not something that should demotivate you from staying here (Apartmani Nikola). Baška Voda is a village "growing" uphill from the beach - which logically means there is a good chance you will have to walk a bit uphill to get to your apartment. However, an average person can manage the stairs from the beach without any major problems. The parking can be a bit tricky (there are four or five spaces right at the house but you may have problems to park some (especially larger cars) due to the narrow spaces). But again, overall all these things are not really relevant if you are there to enjoy the beaches that are nearby and that you can reach by walk. :)

Perfect accommodation, I'm very surprised. This is the most clean and nice apartment I've been for a long time. Outside bbq is also a big plus. Host is very nice and helpful.

I have good time by nikolas place. Owner is very nice to talk. Everything is like in the picture. I have apartma with big bed, one small bad, kitchen and bathroom. This is apartma without view on the sea but this was no problem. The first beach is 5 minutes walk away and same to the centre of Baška Voda. Back to the apartma is a little more because of stairs (hill) but still no problem. Over all i would stay again in Nicolas apartman because it was comfort and clean.

Exceptional

Very friendly and accommodating owner. The apartment had everything for living, the kitchen is equipped, air conditioning. The apartments are clean and tidy. A staircase leads to the beach. Walk at a leisurely pace for 2-3 minutes. Thanks Nikola!!!

Small, cozy and good value for money

Our host Nikola was very kind and helped us with our luggage. The apartment itself is small, but clean, cozy and all facilities were working properly. The location is great, 200 m from the beach.

Despite the place being 200 m away from the beach, there a lots of stairs (over 150) and that can be very tiring, especially when your headinf back to apartment from the beach in the sun. But, we were aware of it and didn't mind. Maybe it's not practical for older people or people with small babies in strollers.

Friendly, modern and clean

Friendly behaviour with quick respond. The apartment was clean, nice and modern as from photos. Amazing view from balcony. (We stayed in superior ap.)

Lot of stairs from the beach to the apartment but worth for the view.

Best vacation ever

Nikola was so polite and kind to us, we even get room service. He was very helpful with our stuff and reasonable with everything. Secured parking and Apartment is equipped with everything you need, kitchen is really amazing and also well equipped. Whole Apartment is for sure the most beautiful one that I stayed in, city centre and beach are few minutes away and you won’t really need a car. We had electric scooters so everything was really close, we went to city nearby with no problems. 5/5 grade for this peace of beauty, room design and service.

Great view

Great view from balcony to the sea, also you can lay on the bed and you can sea the sea. House is not directly on the street, what it's great. Peacfull. Refrigerator works very well.

Stairs from the beach and to the apartment, but mostly all Baška is in hill. Wouldn't recommended for older people. Everything else great.

Weekend escape

Apartment is located couple minutes of walking distance from heart of Baška voda, beach is also pretty much close. Mr Nikola is very nice and helpful, even we came on friday evening almost at the midnight, he waited for us and help with the luggage. Apartment is even better in reality then on pictures, great value for money.
