Location in front of the beach
Lift was serving only the 3rd floor; parking was a nightmare as we had to wake up people who parked behind our car. Restaurant has crazy prices.

Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer, attraktiv dekoriert, geräumiges Badezimmer und geräumigen Balkon mit Sicht direkt aufs Meer und Tivat. Der privat Strand ist direkt gegenüber des Hotels und mit Liegen direkt am Meer reserviert für Hotelgäste. Das Hotelteam war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

The location is perfect, the apartment was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by the lack of electricity during the first two days. This meant no air conditioning during extremely hot weather, no hot water, and the fridge was not working. I also had no way to charge my phone for two days, as it was Sunday and shops were closed.
What was most disappointing was the lack of communication from the owners regarding the situation. Some nearby cafés and restaurants had generators, so I believe the hotel could have arranged at least a temporary solution for guests to charge their phones.
Additionally, the umbrellas at the beach are in poor condition and could definitely use some attention or replacement.
Overall, the property has a great location and lovely staff, but better communication, preparation, and attention to these issues would have made our stay much more comfortable.
