The location is amazing and communication with the host was easy and polite. There's no parking problem, they have their own parking area.
There's an incredible amount of noise coming from the street in the evenings. A trash can needs to be placed in the room. I don't think the floor is very clean.

Location is perfect, parking space is very nice, the man that helped us was awesome, helpful and friendly.
At first glance, the room is perfect. Small bathroom, but that's no problem.
When we got settled, we noticed that the room and particularly the bathroom was not really clean. Hairs (not ours) on the floor, surfaces in the bathroom not cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in multiple places. The room had an upstairs space, with two matresses. We didn't use that, but I was curious to see what was there: two bare matresses on the floor with empty crisp packages jammed between them.
Also the bathroom smelled bad, like sewage.
