Great retreat for a fabulous few days in Port Fairy. Marvelous host. Great environment. Warm and cosy on a cool day. 20 min walk into town.

Love the quaintness and the private garden at the back where we sat and had our cuppas.
The host's lovely little treats and a big bottle of water left for us were so thoughtful. The facilities were good with well thought out provision of what was needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable and good selection of teas, hot chocolate and ground coffee.
It was a lovely cosy, quiet and clean little cottage which we really enjoyed. 5 mins drive to town so location-wise it was great.
The TV remote control was quite unresponsive and made it a tad difficult to control volume and changing channels. But that was really a minor thing!

Location was fantastic. We catered for our own breakfast. Very quite and peaceful location. Cute cottage would recommend.
The internet was very intermittent. A bit unfortunate.

Love the garden setting and the verandah in the afternoon sun. Quiet. Nice and toasty in winter. Had a lovely few days. I was working while travelling and could set up easily at the kitchen table.
No issues.
