perfect location but to renovate before rentable

excelent

laminate, bathroomdoor, plinthes had water damage, the wals and cealing had damages, the sofa had cigarate burn stain, the flush did have a plastic tape to flush

The location was great but the property and the amenities need updating and wifi was not provided as promised.

The location was great, very central

The property is run down and in need of general maintenance throughout. There were ants throughout the kitchen, the washing machine leaked and there was no wifi provided as promised, despite contacting the host twice to ask for wifi details (with no response).

Da localizaçäo do apartamento.

Casa a necessitar de algumas reparações, sem acesso a wi-fi, torneira da casa de banho solta do lavatorio, pavimento em mau estado, o cortinado que tinha não cobria a totalidade da janela deixando assim entrar luz sem opcao de escolha, o cheiro do interior da habitação é mau passando para tudo o que estiver no seu interior.
