What an absolutely wonderful stay at The Silo! Such a unique, cosy and beautifully presented place, full of character and lovely little touches. The accommodation was comfortable, well equipped and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. I particularly loved the upstairs bedroom, the gorgeous interior and the peaceful, private surroundings.
What really made the stay special was the hospitality. Beki was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Communication was fantastic, and she was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was travelling from Sheffield after work and arrived later than expected due to thick fog on the A1, but Beki was incredibly understanding and kindly arranged a later check-in. She was also more than happy to accommodate my partner visiting, which I really appreciated.
Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. A fantastic little escape, and somewhere I would absolutely love to return to. Thank you, Beki! ❤️
Absolutely nothing! I couldn't fault my stay.

The place was very clean, the owners very helpful. It was very quiet, the netting on the door was brilliant maybe something similar on the window in the bedroom.
The fence around the balcony was brittle wood we didn’t notice it until my husband leaned back on it to speak to our son the fence snapped and he cut his legs and hurt his arm because he went flying. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well both nights.
