The apartment 28 is spacious for a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. It is all super clean. The beds are comfortable. The whole apartment complex is secure and well kept. Has a nice pool, many communal braai areas and spots for great views to the lake and for sunset. The owners are friendly and communication was easy and prompt. We can recommend to stay here.

The bathroom door could do with a grip / handle on the inside, this is not a major issue, just suggestion. They TV was good but could be a size or two bigger :).

The location was convenient and quiet. Loved seeing the hippos exit the gate one night. The guards were super friendly and helpful.
The pictures made it look much better than reality. All the furniture looked like it was for outdoors and plastic.
Only 2 rooms had AC, 2nd bedroom did not and that made it a bit uncomfortable because it was warm en very humid.
Everything was a bit sticky and didn’t feel very clean.
It all just needs an upgrade.
