Kõik meeldis. Viisakad teenindajad ja tuba puhas ning koristati igapäevaselt. Hoov ilus, bassein mõnus. Söök väga hea. Pakuti ka tasuta transfeeri sadamast.

Mõnus hotell ja kõik mugavused olemas.

Suur tuba. Laiad voodid. Kõik toimis. Bassein mõnusalt sügav. Rätikuid vahetati igapäevaselt. Hommikusöök tavapärane Indoneesiale - muna, röstsai, pannkoogid või nuudlid/riis. Joogiks kohv/tee/mahl/vesi. Telekas toimiv Netflix.

Nice resort, but won’t stay again

Spacious, clean, good a/c

Right on a busy street so traffic sound all evening. Also not sound proof at all. Group of People outside our room til late at night night and it was like they were inside with us.

Great location for the money! Amazing staff!

The property is very nice. Staff amazing, good food. Very confortable bed, good AC in the room. The lights were very bad, barely could see something in the bathroom. Also the shower was a lil bit uncomfortable. But overall, we had a great experience. Would stay here again.

Not enough facilities for eg only one plug for both the kettle and the fridge. One of the bulbs wasn’t working in the room.

Lovely hotel close to port with great staff and restaurant on site

Had a great time there! Lovely hotel well located near the port linking to Sanur. The room was large and clean and had a lovely balcony with view on the garden and pool area. The restaurant on site has a wide choice and the breakfast selection was also good. The kitten was really cute and came to say hi a few times. The staff were very friendly too! Would recommend!

Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Unhelpful staff. Poor and inadequate breakfast. Promised a pick up at the port - no one was there to meet me! Property located on a noisy road.

The staff was so kind. It is close from the port. You can walk in 5-7 minutes from the port. Also there are good restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Room is quite old and basic. It is like a bungalow But for the price it was okey. And it was a little dirty . But they cleaned it when I told them

Excellent facilities and staff

The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast and amazing pool. Very close to the port.

The wifi signal needs to improve. We couldn't watch TV without interruptions because the signal was lost.

Fabulous staff, beautiful hotel and overall a great stay.

The staff were great. There was issues with ports being closed and they did everything they could to get us back to the mainland and catch our flight. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were also comfortable. Pool was nice and restaurant was good also. Great that it does free pick up from the port.

The staff was wonderful & very accommodating. They helped us book snorkeling, ferries, massages and a half day trip to the east coast. Upon arrival we indicated that we weren’t confident on scooters and the hotel suggested we forgo the scooters (and we were thankful we didn’t rent as we saw sooo many injured people from scooters, the roads were broken, traffic was intense and there are many steep spots to navigate). The room was basic, but comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. We walked down to Wyn and Sunny numerous times and while it was a bit hairy at times with traffic, we found it very doable. Great vibes down there! We had a driver take us to other restaurants and beach clubs during the stay - we’d highly recommend eating at Next Level Cafe!!

The breakfast was basic and my least favorite of my two week trip, and the breakfast area was stuffy with lots of flies (a few fans would be a nice addition). The snorkeling company the hotel booked us with was a bit questionable, and not the best experience…I’d suggest booking on your own.

Nice staying in Arsa Santhi, the staff was amazing and they help us a lot.

Exceptional

Amazing pool and spacious rooms

They were charging a lot more for ferry tickets than at the port. We understand making a profit but charging 2x more is too much. We walked the 5 minutes and saved a fair amount.

Not what we were expecting

The staff were really nice and friendly, helped us sort out day trips etc. The room was spacious but very basic.

The bathroom smelt constantly of drains which was rather unpleasant. The bedroom was spacious but basic, not what the pictures look like. I’m confused as to the other reviews being so good as honestly this was the least comfortable place we’ve stayed in on our whole trip. Although the staff were really nice, the facilities and cleanliness weren’t really up to standard. Our towels were stained and falling apart. The breakfast wasn’t great either. If you want a cheap place to stay just for a bed then this place is for you but not if you want any comfort.

Excelant hotel

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice. There is a safe and a refrigerator. Also a cuttle and coffee.The pool is nice and open all the time. Nice balcony. Good breakfast with veriety of options. Olso has shattle to the harbor.

some staff were lovely however man in charge was unhelpful when arranging tours/taxis one older woman behind reception was trying to record us on her phone breakfast was poor

Nice stay in nusa penida close to the port they offer free shuttle from and to the port very very nice staff and very helpful the room was big and confortable the pool was shill the breakfast was small but delicious highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other travellers. Great location, rooms and pool.

We like the location of this property because it is within a few minutes drive from the main harbour. There are lots of good restaurants around the hotel as well. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. We really enjoyed the pool and visiting on the lounge chairs. Scooter rentals were available right at the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The only thing that was troublesome was a situation that occurred when we were leaving. I want to mention it so this possibly won’t happen to others. We got the staff at the front desk to arrange our boat ride from Nusa to Gili Air. We all paid by visa(3 couples) 2 days before at the hotel for this transport. When we arrived at the boat dock, the person at the ticket desk said that only one of the couples had paid for the trip. We argued for sometime with them, we showed our visa receipts and had to also show our online visa account info stating that it had already showed up there. The person at the ticket desk even phoned the hotel and I spoke with the manager and he even said we did not pay… even though we all had our visa statements. The whole interchange got a little tense and lasted way too long. They finally let us board and be on our way. We felt like we were getting scammed and pressured into paying again. So from then on we made sure that we always got a written actual ticket for any boat rides or things we did. It was interesting that the hotel did not give us any proof of our purchase….

Very convenient location as it is only a few minutes walk from the port, but the hotel staff still came to pick us up.

I think the bathroom should be updated at least a little...
