Hotel Arsa Santhi was great value for money. We felt like royalties when we had the hotel car waiting for us at the Harbour exit, taking our luggage and exiting comfortably the busy Harbour whilst several tourists envying us, having to carry their own luggage. Kartana at the reception was a real star helping us for punctual pick up from the harbour and cost effective cabs (to and from) AMARTA Penida but he helped us also on drop off to Harbour when we need to pick up the boat towards Sanur, Bali. Breakfast was A la Carte, varied with Full Continental and American breakfast also available accompanied by fresh fruit as usually provided in Indonesia. Nice tropical ambiance with spacious pool (unluckily we did not have time to try it) and spacious bedrooms with ample space to enjoy the surroundings in the terrace or drying your clothes!
Maybe the bathroom sink needs a bit of a lift up but other than that it was perfect!

I was in Nusa Penida and diving with Scuba Junkie, the hotel was about 4 doors down from the dive shop and there were manu restaraunts within a short walk. Two staff members in particular were incredibly helpful and kind - thank you Santi and Riki!!
While the cleaning was generally fine, there were some areas that could have used more attention

The hotel is nice with a good pool and enough sun beds. Room is spacious and bathroom has fresh warm water (not all hotels on the island have that). Location in walking distance from everything you need.
Unfortunately I had a room where they were building a level on top of. So from 8am the noise started (also during the weekend) and that lasted till 5pm. I had been very ill but couldn't rest because of the continuous noise. The staff were surprised I found it weird that they are renting out rooms while they're making so much noise above it. There is no do not disturb sign which made the cleaner opening my door without a proper warning and giving me a fright. The restaurant is not very good. There are much better options nearby. There is a mosque nearby that start the prayer at 4.30 am.
