The garden with 3 terraces and large lawn offers perfect relaxation. The private pool invites you to refresh yourself in summer temperatures. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. The villa can be reached via a private driveway and is therefore very safe. The garden is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for small children to play. For children there are 2 swings, 1 slide and 1 playhouse. For teenagers there is a basketball hoop, body boards and 1 skateboard. We have deckchairs, parasols and an electric barbecue. Within 400 m there are several bakeries, a supermarket and a pharmacy . The beautiful old town of Antibes can be reached on foot or by bus (2.6 km, 33 min. by foot or 10 min. by bus). The train station is only 1.4 km away and within easy walking distance, which is especially convenient in summer when various excursions can be made by train.
