A good place to stay for a business visit in Rayong. Superb the swimming pool on 29th floor. Breakfast had a wide variety of international meals.

Good location, friendly staff. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed with great pillows. The breakfast spread was not bad either. Room service menu is actually quite economical.

The choice of breakfast was really good
The bed was really hard. We asked for a mattress topper but there were none available so they gave us two extra duvets to put over the mattress which were left on our bed so we had to do them ourselves and on returning from the day out our door had been left open fortunately nothing was taken .We did get an apology but no explanation. We were also overcharged for our room . I emailed them and y confirmed that I had and had issued a refund. It is now over 2 weeks since our stay and despite chasing up twice I have still not received the refund or a response to my emails
Would recommend anyone staying ere to check their bill before leaving
