Perfect spot with a stunning view.

The apartment was situated across from the promenade which gave us stunning views from the lovely little deck. We were in Apartment 1. We were right in the heart of the old town with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We went to the Krka National Park from a tour that leaves from the promenade right across from the apartment. Definitely recommend this tour for 70 Euro. Apartment catered to our needs, shared washing machine, dryer, small kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge and hot plates.

There was always a nasty smell in the bathroom during the night and first thing in the morning. We learnt to keep the window open and the door closed and it made a big difference. There are mosquito screens on the windows.

View from the room.

Tiny apartment. Lots of stairs to climb, no lift. Parking is very difficult. We had to pay a lot of money for a public park and one has to stay vigilant not to go over the time or pay 32 euro. The notice from people chatting and dining along the waterfront goes on until very late.,so don't expect to have a good night's rest

The location of the apartment was really good and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The room was quite big and the apartment was close to restaurants.

Pay attention, the tourist fee is not included into the price! You have to pay it cash! The smell of the toilet was really bad. It smelled very strong and we had to leave the window open all day to tolerate the smell. The showerhead was broken and needs to be fixed. My boyfriend as an animal hair allergy. Unfortunately there were cat hair al over the balcony. The rain water strainer on the balcony should be cleaned regulary or it should be said that there are cats around.

Stunning location. Very clean. Would certainly stay there again

Location is perfect with beautiful direct view out over sea. lovely sunsets. The apartment was tip top, very clean, including bathroom. check in was easy, good communications with owner. Had a very good meal at nearby Restaurant Proto Food & More. I really enjoyed my short stay. Hopefully next time a bit longer

The apartment (no 4) we stayed in was disappointing comparing to the photos. On arrival we found a toilet brush in toilet.

Nice and clean property in the heart of the old town. The communication with the hosts was smooth and the instructions were clear. Easy to find.

No free parking available. The only possibility to park the car is zone 1, zone 2 or private parking, all of which require payment. The cheap parking spots are far away from the property - may be 10-15 minutes walk which in summer time having all the bags with you is way too much.

Gorgeous terrace!

The terrace was the best thing about this property, spacious and with an incredible view of the harbour! The air con was much needed and the fridge was super cold, plenty of towels and the host was very kind and informative, letting us use the staff washing machine and keep our luggage in the hallway before and after check in. Would stay again!

Shower was too low down, front door didn’t stay shut so had to lock it each time from within and it was 2 single beds instead of a double.

very happy stay indeed

Had a short but very happy stay. The room is clean and comfy and close to everything location wise. we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the waterfront, also a perfect place for the sunset and relaxation. The restaurant 'Bronzin' was superb!

Very nice stay, great value for money!

Very centrally located, wonderful view. Extremely good value for money.

Difficult to park a car, and the bars are noisy in the evening (but the noise stopped before midnight on both nights of our stay)

Great value for money.

There is no balcony, you have a seaside view through the window. The location is perfect. If it were high season, parking might be a problem but in off-season you can find a parking place easy nearby.

Exceptional

Just a perfect apartment for a solo traveler: a lot of space, a big bed, a small kitchen, a nice showe. And the cherry on the cake: a wide terrace with the best view on the sea and the islands. I could live on this terrace!

Great for a short stay with a nice location

the location of the property was great and it had a lovely view over the ocean.

the room was quite noisy as the doors weren't very sound proof. you could hear the other gasts one the hallway. there were also only two small towels and one big towel provided. We only stayed for one night so I would say it was fine for the time being. you also had to pay city tax which we had not been asked to pay at other hotels in the area. this was quite inconvenient as they only excepted cash.

Everything. Great place, location. Although in the center, above the restaurants, the closing of the windows creates a perfect silence.

The only thing that was missing was the lamp in the fridge;)
