Tolles Hotel abseits vom Trubel in Kandy

Modernes Hotel abseits von dem Trubel in Kandy. Nettes Hotelgelände. Geräumige Zimmer :) Frühstück war gut - Pancakes, frisches Obst und frischer Saft. Außerdem Eierspeise nach Wahl, Toast, Kaffee etc. Personal ist mal mehr mal weniger freundlich. :)

This is definitely a place to go again! Very peaceful location! Big great rooms with huge common 'living room' area! Great helpful staff. Parking.

Замечательный отель в 20 минутах от центра Канди

Большой номер со всеми удобствами, терраса с красивым видом, тишина и чистый воздух. Персонал очень учтив, и помогает во всем.

Рекомендую немного разнообразить завтраки. И не звонить гостям вечером в номер, без крайней на то необходимости

Modern and clean rooms

Very nice place next to the river in a residential area of Kandy. The rooms are modern and spotless. The breakfast was really good. Good value for money

Clean and comfortable - not the most convenient location

This is a small hotel with the feel of a much larger one with a large lobby, large rooms and a gym. It is new, modern and clean.

The long hand written description of this hotel is correct in that all the rooms have quiet street views- this hotel is a block back from the river in what feels like a residential district. The shorthand next to the actual room booking feels more deceptive where it refers to lakeside view or mountain view - we paid extra for a room with such a view but didn't get one. The hotel is a bit out of Town - tell any tuk-tuk drivers its up by the damn. We only found one restaurant we could walk to. The chef needs some training on cooking eggs - she was super helpful when I asked for some onion and tomato in my omelette.

Nice stay for 1 night

We had a pleasant stay for 1 night. Its a bit far from everything. But value for money is great. Comfortable rooms, we lefgt early so couldnt have breakfast but we got a lunch pack - very nice. All in all good!

Hotel pulito, con camera ampia, comodo e ben tenuto. Ampio bagno. Colazione servita al tavolo davvero molto abbondante (frutta, uova, colazione tipica dello sri lanka). Davvero consigliato!

Per la cena non c'era ristorante, ma ci hanno indicato un ristorante presso un'altra loro struttura dove poter cenare.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient and very clean.

The room was very comfortable and well set out, with everything you need. Location is a short tul-tuk ride from the centre of Kandy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfasts were a bit ordinary... best to ask for a fresh-made omelet.

Hotel rooms are excellent. Other facilities such as availability of the TV and breakfast should be improved. Becuase of

New and very clean rooms. Good air conditioning. Excellent rooms in this environment. Nice surroundings in a very respectable nabour hood.

TV does not work. Did not work even after a request. Breakfast choice is limited and serving takes time and utensils are not served properly. Welcome by opening the gates should be attentive promptly. Local visitors are given low priority.

Schöne Zimmer und ruhige Lage

Schönes Zimmer wie beschrieben. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage ausserhalb des Stadtlärms von Kandy. 15min mit dem Tuktuk ins Zentrum.

Im Bad sehr dunkel und etwas eng.

Very good

The hotel is very clean and have everything needed. The rooms was spacious. The staff were kind to offer a better room for us as they had availability.

We stayed 2 nights. The first breakfast wasn’t on our expectations, but in the second day they made some different things to adapt to us. The neighborhood was really nice, but a bitt far from the city center

Comfortable and nice place to stay in Kandy

We had a really pleasant stay at Rivora Residence. The staff was pretty great. When we arrived our TukTuk driver pulled the good old “no change” trick on us but the staff was there to help us out. The rooms where clean and well maintained.

The Hotel is a little bit out though. Should be around 600 Rs to get to the city center so no problem at all.

Location was really peaceful. Outside balcony area was very comfortable and perfect to relax after a day visiting Kandy. Food was of very good quality. The hotel is located far away from Kandy city centre, but for us this was a positive point as it made the stay relaxing.

The room had an unpleasant smell probably due to the curtains. The layout of the bathroom was a bit weird, making it difficult to access the toilet.

Great Hotel, Breakfast and Service

Amazing breakfast and extremely attentive staff. The owners of the hotel are lovely to interact with and very down to earth. Our nicest stay in Sri Lanka so far. Room was spacious, clean and modern with a great shower. The architecture of the building is beautiful and feels modern throughout with lots of comfortable seating and small touches. Bed was so comfy!

Very good

The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated just like in the photographs. The hotel surroundings were also lush and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Also appreciated the free tea, coffee and water in the room and being able to buy more bottles from the hotel.

The room was advertised as having a balcony so I had visions of waking up and sitting outside on a private terrace with my morning coffee. The reality was that it wasn't even big enough to fit a chair and the entire view was netted for some reason. Bit of a disappointment, but thankfully the shared outdoor spaces made up for it.

Extremely helpful staff, nice big rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere

Location was a bit outside and hard to reach from Kandy. We booked a laundry service which was quite expensive. wifi signal was ok
