Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check in time, and were able to store our luggage until later in the day. They even offered us coffee, which was great, as we were tired from the trip. The bed was comfortable, and we found it to be quiet in spite of being above a pub. (We were in the family room with the en suite).
Everything was perfect; wouldn't change a thing! Next time I visit London, I will choose this hotel without question. It was a great value and breakfast was great!

Nothing to dislike! Nice food, good breakfast, comfy rooms, lovely & helpful staff. Easy to get to Wembley and London attractions.
Shared bathroom but there was a few of them so didn’t really matter.

Welcoming and pleasant. Located in a nice area.
Carpets were grubby. Two toilets and three showers shared between 6 guestrooms (12-15 people). Two toilets is not sufficient. The sinks were tiny corner sinks and difficult to use. I didn’t use the showers.
