De locatie is heel gunstig: nagenoeg in het centrum, en met een prachtig uitzicht. Het gebouw is mooi. De meubilering is comfortabel en doelmatig.
Het verkeerslawaai op maandagmorgen. Ik weet overigens niet of het me wakker zou hebben gehouden; de geluidsisolatie is degelijk. Toen ik de verhuurder sprak, ben ik vergeten te zeggen dat er geen handvaatwasmiddel was.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage an der Schiffbrücke, viele Fenster mit reizvollem Ausblick. das ehemalige Cap der Guten Hoffnung und der Oluf-Samson-Gang nebenan, was für eine Überraschung! Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, Einrichtung passt, hat uns gut gefallen!
Die Einlasscode am Türgriff zur Wohnungstür mini-klein, erst gerätselt, wie das funktioniert :) Wenn die Wohnung oben belegt ist, sind leichte Trittgeräusche zu hören, aber das ist im Altbau so...

Super Aussicht, schön geschnittene Wohnung, citynah.
Starker Straßenlärm, eher unbequeme Matratzen, die sich am Bettrand nach unten neigten, keine Vorhänge o.ä. vor den Fenstern (nur in den Schlafzimmern jeweils zwei lichtdurchlässige), für große Menschen wie wir es sind, war das Sofa auf Dauer zu klein.
