Leif is an outstanding host. He made our stay one we will always remember. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and everything nearby was closed. Leif cooked us a delicious meal, entertained us with stories, and played and sang for us. The Captain's Cabin is comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the fjord. We hope to visit again soon!

The host has created a truly wonderful place, with so much heart, care and attention to detail. It feels as though every guest is meant to feel at home here — like returning to a family home they haven’t visited in years, a place that brings back a sense of warmth, peace and safety.

Beautiful view, lovely facilities. Not enough time to spend here as we arrived late and left early.
