The room was brilliant and the staff were extremely polite and accomodating. Michael and Dhuminda made our stay very memorable by being so hospitable. The place is clean, aesthetically beautiful and has all the facilities.

The ambience was perfect! So aesthetic & pleasing. Even the staff were super courteous & willing. We even got a room upgrade while checking in.

The cottage was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was excellent, they made sure you name it and you have it. Loved the food, it was delicious and was made fresh. The decor was really good. Everyone must experience staying here . I really want to thank the staff. They always smiling and ready to help.

The gardens are stunning, the little terrace outside our room was relaxing. The staff were welcoming and eager to please. We had to leave before breakfast so they made a packed breakfast which was good. Our evening meal was really good but we couldn’t eat until 8pm due to another meal being made for other guests. This was too late for us so we didn’t really eat much at all. The snooker table was a nice addition. The staff are the best thing, always smiling always helpful.
I would like to point out that we stayed for a very short time, however these are things that we didn’t like/noticed. The bedding is too heavy, we had to take the quilt out of the cover, then put the cover only back on the bed, so that we had a second layer of bedding but we were still a little cold just couldn’t have slept with the heavy quilt. The quilt we removed was pretty dirty! The decor is a bit crazy, not calming at all and certainly in need of repairs or an update, torn wallpaper etc. The room furniture was very old and had lots of water stains on it.
Felt the placed looked dirty, the sofa in the lounge, the carpet. We even had a curry spill sitting in the middle of in room menu. Walls were paper thin could hear conversations/tv in others rooms.
The dinner menu was extensive, too extensive!! Stick to a few great things to serve guests which means that they can eat at a time that suits them rather than a time that suits the kitchen. Also no wine available at the restaurant, that’s like not having salt and pepper available!!
