Amazing Views: The villa delivers sweeping, picturesque vistas that capture the very best of Koh Samui's tropical landscape.
Fabulous Layout & Space: The property features a brilliant, well-thought-out design that maximizes comfort, airflow, and open-plan living.
Complete Privacy: A true secluded retreat, perfect for families or groups looking to unwind away from crowded resorts.
Culinary Experience: The fully equipped kitchen is a dream, made even better by an *amazing private chef* who elevates every meal.
Bedrooms: all Bedrooms are extremely spacious and have all en-suite Bathrooms
Slide at the Pool: was an absolute highlight for our kids
Despite its luxurious foundation, the villa is currently suffering from deferred maintenance that requires immediate management intervention:
- Critical Plumbing & Bathroom Failures: The showers in both the Master Bedroom and the second upstairs bedroom are entirely unusable and in urgent need of replacement.
- Climate Control Breakdowns: Air conditioning units are non-functional in multiple key areas, specifically the upstairs lounge, the gym, and the main living room/kitchen space.
- Pool & Spa Maintenance:
* The jacuzzi is completely unusable as all tiles are missing
* Run-Down Fitness Area: The gym space is heavily neglected, featuring degraded flooring mats that are actively falling apart.
- General Wear & Tear: The entire property is in clear need of cosmetic touch-ups and general facility maintenance to match its luxury branding.
- The villa is located in a very hilly area, our initial plan to rent some scooters and cruise around immediately shattered when we arrived at the villa. To get around you have to book an SUV taxi as other taxis or vans will not manage the step incline to the villa. So keep some extra money for Taxis aside

Ausblick, Grösse des Hauses und der Zimmer, Pool, Ausstattung, Ruhe, Service (der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat mit unterstützt, egal ob es um ein Taxi oder um Ausflüge ging)
die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse recht hart

The house is big and comfortable, the scenery is very beautiful, the housekeeper carefully serves you, and the professional team serves you. Any activity that you want to rent a car to go to sea will help you follow up the arrangement.
