Great impression, better than on pictures.
Excellent location for closeness to sea and promenade, just 1min walk, but in the distance separating from noise.
Big terrace with partial, enough, sea view

Possibility to rent a parking spot in good price.
The owner is communicative and quick responding.
You have to get used to double and triple parking in this neighborhood, which often blocks parking spots or leaves just a few centimeters of space to maneuver out. While the drivers blocking you are usually friendly and quick to move their cars when called, it still creates traffic congestion and can be a bit of a hassle. The tight spaces and reversing in the dark require real pro-level driving skills—though if you're not quite a pro yet, I imagine other drivers waiting for you to pass possibly could help. People there are great.
Oh, the Aircon in one bedroom did blow, but it did not chill. Although the main room Aircon was enough.
Still the concerns were not terrible for me (it was fun to proove me being skilled driver) , and none of tents are concern free, I would select this flat again.

Прекрасные апартаменты оформлены в Средиземнорском стиле, мне дали ключ от частной парковки у дома, 10 Евро, отличная цена, если учесть, что ближайший общественный паркинг был 24 Евро. Вид с террасы на море потрясающий, удобный большой стол, оборудования кухня, много продуманного света, матрасы и подушки отличные, спалось отлично, вид на море из каждого окна. Дом имеет приватный дворик, и расположен буквально в нескольких шагах от пляжа. Удобный интернет, можно брать с собой. Есть даже соломенная корзина для пляжа и зонт. Большой супермаркет напротив дома. Сожалею об одном ,что не мог остаться дольше.
Да, все вроде хорошо было...

Krasna lokacija par korakov od plaže, velike in lepo opremljene sobe s klimo v vsaki sobi, velika terasa s pogledom na morje in vrt.
Zelo ozka ulica za dostop z avtom.

- very center location
- nice, big balcony
- AC in every room
- possibility to rent parking (it’s very difficult to find place in public area)
- helpful landlord
- comfortable beds
- easy check in
- apartment smells musty
- fridge was dirty inside and had strong smell of fish - I had to clean it with chemicals myself before I put there groceries
- old furnitures and equipment - some of them in not good shape
- apartment is cluttered (plastic flowers, baskets, furnitures with different styles which don’t fit living room size-wise, carpets with stains)
- difficult to reach your parking space, cuz other cars on street block the access very often
- internet connection slow and not stable.
