O espaço amplo do estúdio, e o facto de ser térreo, o que permitiu que a nossa filha deambulasse em segurança. Muita luz natural!

Esperava que tivesse ar condicionado, sendo verão e estando muito calor.
Sugiro instalação de AC e talvez substituição da fechadura da porta, pois notava-se um pouco difícil de fechar e abrir. (Talvez devido a hóspedes menos cuidadosos)

Las escaleras para subir al apartamento, la puerta de entrada muy insegura y delicada(tuvo dos averias)

Location was good for what we needed.
Too hot in the rooms. The apartment needs air conditioning. We would have opened the windows but the noise outside from people and cars was too loud.
