Great property, good location, brilliant value for money

Excellent value for money, large well appointed apartment, very clean with everything you need.

Some outside noise from neighbouring properties but this is due to city centre location

Rang a number half an hour before I arrived as instructed, was given the key codes, completely contactless check in but reception help was available if needed. Two very large bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom was absolutely huge, all the kitchen essentials you'd need and even a washing machine - a proper kitted-out apartment, absolutely worth every penny. Also provided cards for 2 for 1 drinks at a partner bar close by.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

Comfortable, iron/board + hairdryer all provided, very good supply of tea + coffee. Sizeable overall and each bedroom.

Very hot with no working a/c. Fans provided but 2/3 weren't working.

Noisy place, pity as great location.

Spacious, big windows, great location, lovely views of Boston.

Didn’t give me the entrance key code, Previous occupants had left a horrible mess, carpets burn , vomit, looked like blood too, marks on sofa, the vendors had tried to tidy up but it still smelt of coffee and smoke. Seagulls very noisy, local deliveries from about 4pm. We were high up so not a comfy night as everything echoes off the building higher. Beds were small.

For the price it was good value and we'd definitely stay again.

Large rooms because they are converted offices. The sofa and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is all quite new so is all good, and pots and pans are provided. It was good to find tea, coffee and sugar. We had brought some but it would be handy for anyone who hadn't so long as they brought some milk. Free wifi was great because I brought my all-in-one PC to do some photo editing and needed to send them on.

The dressing tables in our apartment had no power points nearby, so the desk lights are just for decoration. Because they are converted offices, the ceiling tile lighting is very bright. That is good to find your way around but a couple of occasional lamps would be good as ambient lighting when you want to watch TV or sit relaxing. People need to bring their own USB chargers. Plenty of toilet paper is provided yet no loo roll holder, no loo brush and no shelves in the huge bathroom for cosmetics. The street outside is quite noisy but you are in the centre of town so you just accept it. The owners are not responsible for what happens outside.

Boston Competition Weekend

Good value, warm and clean 3 bed room apartment in centre of Boston

The property was very warm and clean. Simply furnished but everything you need is there. The beds were all double with comfortable bedding. The apartment was on the second floor with access to a lift and stairs.

No complaints really. Suggestions - some low level lighting in the lounge area to make it more cozy, labels on hot and cold taps.

Nice, cosy apartment with good value for money.

Clean apartment, spacious with good amenities - TV, kitchen etc - It did get a little noisy outside in the early hours possibly as it was in the town centre, but not so much that we were put off the trip.

Flat 8 penthouse apartment stay *****Recommended :)

It was a Christmas stay. The hosts left a Christmas cards and chocolates. There also was every thing for up to 4 people in the way of kitchen ware. Everything was clean and well presented. We were having Christmas lunch at a family members house but could easily have had a Christmas in the apartment. One big bonus is the good WiFi connection which has the password on the walls in the bedrooms. There are good quality wall heating on upon arrival. The living room (in apartment 8), was a kitchen /living room /dining table. The table was oval and had 4 chairs. There were 2 double sofas that were extremely comfortable. The bedroom were well decorated, the biggest room has a television on the wall. I think 65 inch or above. The bed in that room was super size with 4 comfy pillows, there was also a nice tripe wardrobe. There was a table with chair and a separate other chair in the room.. At one side of thebed was a set of drawers/ bedsiide cabinet. There were plug sockets both sides of the bed The next bedroom was a double bed and had no television. But it had a bedside table with lamp as well and somewhere to hang clothes. Towels, tea towel, tea, coffee and sugar were provided. There was washing up liquid The bathroom was a generous sized bat, with a shower facility, shower screen, all was fully functional and several toilet rolls left. There was hand-wash and shower cream. There's a bath mat. The lounge has a TV. The lift was good and carries up to 7 people. The door code is given when you are about to go there it is located in the back of the car park , (right bottom corner) The car park is behind the Stump, you drive through the market place and drive. Past the corner of Barclays Bank you'll see a walled courtyard. With a gate to drive through. You will need to pay for parking at a meter on the left gate entrance. You type in your car reg. Pressgreen button, and the blue button until you reach the desired length of stay.

Slight niggles that are not too serious and certainly would not stop me staying there and neither should you let it stop you. 1, the bathroom door was a little tricky But it does lock. When you know how. You need to push and hear a slight cluck. Then turn the lick anticlockwise. It is a slight lock and I wasn't certain it was locking. But if you just check by trying the handle you will see it is Also the remote in the bedroom did not work, but the one for te lounge TV was usable for both. The longe TV is a 32 inch but actually that is enough. There is a beautiful table lamp in the bigger bedroom and it isn't able to be used. I think no plug. Which I would like to have seen working as it had a beautiful decoration underneath which would have looked great with a light on it. Like I said these things should not put anyone off. It was a great place to stay.

Easy, spacious, central location

The rooms were large and nicely decorated. Beds fairly comfy. Plenty of towels. There was two smart tvs in the penthouse. The kitchen was adequate but basic items only there. Plenty of shops around to fill a fridge/ get takeaways. The penthouse has a lovely view but its hidden by horrid net curtains but for a nights stay, not an issue. We didnt hear too much noise even on a saturday night, but we arent light sleepers.

The lighting was either quite dim lamp or overhead clinical lighting. The duvet seemed small for the size of the superkingsize bed. The bathroom in the penthouse was a bit blue in colour, not in keeping. The hallways are very underwhelming. But this is me nitpicking. We actually had a great stay.

Great rooms, facilities were exceptional and kitchen fully stocked. Staff were very helpful and available 24/7 with easy out of hours check in & check out options.

Don’t let first impressions put you off as the outside looks nothing like what is inside!

lovely clean and spacious apartment located right in town. staff very helpful with check in.

Outside noise at around 4.30am from what seemed like a nearby hotel which went on for 2 hours.
