Nice room. Good bathroom. The TV system was great and it’s in a nice location where you can walk across the road or street and get breakfast lunch or dinner somewhere.
The floorboards were a bit creaky which makes trying not to disturb the other guests a bit of a challenge but nothing really came about that.

The close proximity to the Town centre and nearby parking. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Having a fan in the room was a massive bonus as it was hot so really needed one to sleep.
Foe the rooms upstairs the only thing I can comment on was having to go downstairs to make a brew. Having tea/coffee facilities to make a drink in your room would enhance the stay here greatly.

Stayed for the Boston Marathon the following morning, the start line is literally a 3 minute walk from the property. Instructions and communication about how to find and get into the property were excellent.
Room 1 (which I stayed in) is next to the shared bathroom. The property is quite creaky and doors are noisy so you hear everyone from the other two rooms come and go to the bathroom. Also, being *so* central means you get all the noise of the town centre late into the night. It dies off not long after midnight but was loud until then on a Saturday night. No fridge in the shared kitchen area.
