This is my second visit to this hotel and I love the airport shuttle, breakfast, and room size. They're all perfect; as well, the staff is very friendly and accommodating as best as they can be.
Unfortunately, my first room smelled like cigarettes when the air conditioning was on. I changed rooms and the same smell still lingered. Luckily I had a window I could open and that helped a lot.
The website also said the shuttle to Disney left closer to 8am and the shuttle leaves at 7:05am so keep that in mind. It also returns only once late at night.

Comfortable bed with great amenities. Free and reliable transport to and from the airport. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff
Everything was great but the smell of stale cigarettes in the room was a problem for me. Not sure they had non smoking rooms, but didn't think to ask when booking

Breakfast has variety of choices, staffs are very nice, free transportation to Pudong International Airport.

Short stay, luckily. Hotel is OK spot for the one night stay before take off at Pudong. It is very simple but the most important thing "the bus" is on time.....
