The building is superbly located, near the slopes and shops/restaurants. It is in a quiet secluded location with excellent views of Mont Vallon. It is a decent size for a family of 4, especially if children are under 12.
The team were very helpful when needed and had thought of many small touches such as a good range of films on Hard Drive and DVD, UK multi-plugs in all rooms, a few essential condiments/soaps/coffee, and high quality soft towels. It is easy to park nearby and it is free parking.
Not a lot!! It was all really rather good, we felt.
The cooker hob is a little fiddly, and the oven is small and not the easiest to use. Some instructions might help.
The locker for skis and boots could have been a bit bigger and would benefit from a boot heater (although it is appreciated that this might not be viable). A few more seats in the garage area to put on kit would be good.
