The room and bathroom were large. Cool air through the window. I didn't try the included breakfast. Short walk to the nearby shopping mall and "Boulevard" restaurants. Very helpful woman at the front desk.
Safe door was broken and the safe itself was not screwed into the cabinet, somebody could just walk away with it. Door latch didn't work, I had to lock the door from inside to keep the door closed. The bed was quite hard, I was sore in the morning. I didn't try the included breakfast. Very grumpy man at the front desk.

Quiet and perfect location, especially if you are to take the bus to Petra. It is like a minute and a half walk to the bus office.
It was our second stay there, and this time, we were accommodated in a spacious apartment.
The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also rich and delicious.
We were not warned that there is a boiler and we need to wait half an hour before we have hot water. Furthermore, although we waited for almost an hour and the hot water did come, it finished after I had washed my hair once. I had already applied shampoo for washing it second time and I was left freezing with shampooed hair. It was a complete nightmare.
I waited some more so that at least I was able to wash the shampoo away over the sink with lukewarm water.
I boiled water with the electric kettle to wash my body.
My boyfriend wasn't able to take a shower at all.
All this happened after midnight. In the morning, there was hot water, but it was already too late for anything, since we had to leave.
