Disappointed

The location was good, with quick access to the beach and Newquay town. The interior looked nice.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our stay. When we arrived there was a used condom left next to the outdoor shower, which immediately made us question how well the place had been cleaned. We also found several unsafe items left around the property. My pet brought me a vape, two small baggies (one with white powder residue inside), and a tube of lube. For somewhere advertised as pet friendly, this was pretty concerning. There were also holes behind each toilet that my pet could fit into, so I spent a good part of one day cleaning and blocking areas off just to make sure they were safe. On top of that, one of the broken planter beds had nails sticking out from a broken plank of wood, which was another safety hazard. The place itself could have been nice, but the cleanliness and safety standards really let it down.

Comfortable and Cozy

Lovely kitchen with lounge and super comfy sofa. Big TV with DVD player. Right next to Fistral Beach and 5 min walk to Sainburys. Didn't see any issues that's been mentioned in previous review.

Great week, super location.

Great location. Steep walk down to beaches but well worth the effort. Close to Spar shop and laundromat.

Difficult to park as Spar customers often block drive. Perhaps some prominent signage would help? No pillow protectors. Bed issues, springs gone in mattresses but owner made aware. Kitchen tired , taps broken and old unhygienic wooden worktop. Could do with upgrade. Very dusty under beds and sofa. Rest of fiat very clean.
