About this cottage rental
Located in Conway, this attractive cottage for $205 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Adorable cottage completely updated in 2018, is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 1 block from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are wood floors throughout the home, a flat screen smart TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room with new washer/dryer. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, local families needing extra space for families during holidays, families attending weddings, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. Toiletries, coffee, hairdryers and luxurious robes are provided for our guests.

We live in Conway and needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. The cottage was a perfect home away from home for us. Laura was a perfect host and even let us extend our stay when our house wasn't finished on time. I'm so grateful to her for this. The cottage is supplied with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Everything was so luxurious especially the bed and linens. The decor was fabulous. I would suggest staying here anytime you are in Conway or even a getaway.

This house is really cute and in a very convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is a pull out couch that I didn’t remember reading in the description. It sits in a room with a sliding barn door just off the living which was a perfect spot to put the kids. This house easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids.

This cottage is absolutely adorable! It’s very updated and very comfortable. It is in a great location, very close to everything. The beds were super comfortable. The owners left muffins to welcome us, and a bag of ice, along with a basket of treats. This is a great rental with everything you need!!

I hope there are enough words to tell you my thoughts. Our family was happily surprised on how the decorating of the cottage so closely matched the vrbo description. We entered to a bakery selection of muffins that we enjoyed. The home was neat and clean and had all of the amenities we are accustomed to. We gathered around the center island with its additional seating. The layout of the home was especially nice for my husband and I who stayed in the front room with the ensuite bathroom. My son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters stayed in the second enclave - which was ideal! We absolutely loved the beds - my daughter-in-law would like if you could share the name of the manufacturer of the bed in the room closest to the back of the house. I enjoyed the thick bathrobes and we all liked the nice thick quality of the towels. It nice to feel as close to home as possible when you are actually far away. The adult kids loved the coffee maker.
My husband said that the creamer was not fresh as it curdled in his tea. We also thought the bottom right hand drawer of the island may have been off track or had too many dishes in it - it was heavy and pulled down when it was opened. It looked to me like the back bedroom had a nice "black out" shade but the other two rooms did not - I love to sleep in so darkness is important to me.
We loved the fall ambiance upon entering the home! Can you tell we have alot of positives to say about the cottage? Thoroughly enjoyed!!!

My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. This house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Laura for everything and for making our Thanksgiving weekend special.

We will be back. We stayed a couple months because our child is in college close by. I felt like I was in my own home. I am very picky. It was spotless. Plenty of room for our needs. Decor is amazing. Great restaurants close by and shopping. I walked the historic district every day. It made me want to copy exactly what she has done here.

My cousin and I stayed in this beautiful cottage while we visited our aunt and cousins. The cottage is beautiful and the yard was inviting. We felt like princesses staying here! Laura and Scott provided everything we needed and were so kind in answering questions we had about the origins of the cottage. Absolutely Perfect
This was the perfect place to host my friends for a quick elopement ceremony/ bridal suite. The house was immaculate, and decorated perfectly. I honestly would live there if it was for sale! Absolutely breathtaking, with lot of thoughtful amenities. 20/10 would stay again and recommend!

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful home and we're so glad we did. The property is adorable and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and everything was just right. Looking forward to visiting this property again when we are in town.

Thoughtful touches
Overall we found this cottage super cute! The host’s thoughtful touches—such as condiments and water bottles in the refrigerator, an assortment of teas and treats on the kitchen counter, and Motrin in the bathroom cabinet—were obvious. Oh, the cupcakes were delicious, too!

The Cottages are so homey & we always make the BEST memories with our kids! Lots of good food & laughs being together! Great open kitchen with everything you need to make home cooked meals!
