I stayed in a 4-bed shared room on Level 1, which was very convenient as I didn’t have to walk far or use too many stairs. The lift also gives access to all four levels, and the toilets and bathrooms were easy to access. The hostel is right in the heart of town, making it very easy to get around. It was also very convenient for the ski buses, as the station was just a short walk away.
The shared facilities were sometimes left quite dirty by other guests, and the bathrooms and toilets could have been cleaned more regularly.

Location is a huge win for this hostel, it’s close to everything in downtown Queenstown, it’s modern and super trendy.
I stayed in a private room with an external balcony. In the cold weather it was freezing even with the small radiator on. It just couldn’t compete with the windows running the entire length of the room beside the bed in -2.

Perfect location, close to everything— supermarket, food, cable car ; kitchen with large fridge for personal storage ( mark your name on the tray ) ; nice staff !!!

Great location, clean facilities, friendly staff
Not the hostel's fault, but I stayed one night and there was a group of 3 men talking loudly and laughing at 3am like other people weren't sleeping.
