We, a family of 5, spent five lovely days in the apartment. The host were extremely friendly and serviceminded.

Excellent location, in walking distance from everything. Very well equipped apartment, excellent wifi and aircondition. We arrived late and found the kitchen with some fruit, drink, bread etc. Which was perfect. We felt perfectly welcomed.

An excellent and well equipped apartment in a great location. The host was very welcoming and helpful and he kindly left us some food and drink to help us settle in on our first day.

There was not a single bad thing we can say about the apartment. It had everything we could need and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Exceptional

Food and drink in apartment when arrived saved us needing to get any shopping. Host organised travel from and to airport. Host very helpful for example we got food poisoning from a restaurant (careful of the ice when out!) and host brought us food and drink as we were too ill to get some! We had a baby with us and good quality cot provided with toys was great. Location was great, a few minute walk to local restaurants, beach and a little further to old town. We managed to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rhodes Town. Apartment clean, lovely view and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

We were living on the apartment on the third floor. The apartments are very well located, just 10 minutes to the old town on foot. No noise whatsoever and a view to the sea. All necessary appliances are present, and the apartment itself is newly refurbished with lots of light and a terrace that has a direct view to the sea and from where you can watch lovely sunsets. We want to give special thanks to our wonderful proprietor Stelios. We had a late flight to Rhodos, so he organized a transfer from the airport and had bought a bunch of food to greet us. Several other times he had brought us some traditional Greek treats. Stelios helped us out with the car rental, gave us advice about restaurants and possible trips and didn't take an extra fee for late departure. All throughout we felt his honest concern for us, which we found very endearing. Since now we associate Greece not only with magnificent history and nature, but also with such kind people as our proprietor Stelios.

Everything was perfect

- Location is excellent. Apartment is close to the center of the city and only a few minutes walk to the beach. - The owner Stelios is the best host you can get and helpful in every way. We stayed with the baby and he brought even toys for him. He really likes to help and make sure that you have everything for your stay. - Perfect choice if you are with the baby or child - there are lot of space, you can make rooms blind, apartment is in quiet location, etc. - I wanted to pay for the late check-out, but he didn’t want any extra money and let us stay till 5 pm free of charge - amazing!

Amazing stay

Stelios is the best host we have ever had, very attentive, always available and ready to give tips on what to visit. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, it by far exceeded our expectations. If we come back to Rhodes, we will stay only in this apartment!

Sea and the City apartments is a gem of a place to stay in Rhodes. it’s Ultra comfortable and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. Stelios, the host made us feel like we were family. Honestly, it felt like home. After a long trip, he had food and drinks in the fridge. we appreciated it so much. we were very grateful to Stelios. We consider him one of our good friend.

the best host we have ever had!

Have you seen many properties in Booking.com with overall ”10.0” rating?? – These apartments are definitely one of this rare collection. Yes, the apartments are located in good place, are clean, modern and good equipped. But there is also a small secret there: you will find in the apartments all small things, which are making vacations hasslefree, but usually missing in another properties: from dishwasher tabs up to extra pillows of different types. Definitely, Stelios is the best host we have ever had!

Everything was great! The apartment had the perfect location, furnishing, very clean! Stunning property. The home's equipment was very well thought out. Stelios exceeded my expectation from the first moment. I'm allergic to many things and he did a more detailed history before we arrived and everything was well organized and waiting for us. All the time he was on top of the situation whenever I asked. Stelios went out of his way to make us feel special and left yummy goodies and treats for us which was lovely. Will definitely return and would highly recommend it!

Exceptional apartment in a well kept modern building. Cleanliness, large verandas with sea and mountain views. Quiet location ideal for relaxed holidays. Walking distance to the beach. Rhodes centre and medieval city max 10 minute walk. Exceptional host ready to help with every detail.

Sorry we could not stay longer but we will certainly come back.

Excellent location.Only 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach and max 10 minutes walk to the medieval town. Elli beach can also be reached on foot along one of Rhodes' most scenic promenades. Quiet location, no noise from bars and restaurants. Spacious modern apartment in a recently constructed building, elegantly furnished and fully equipped. Large verandas. Direct view to the sea and sunset. Stelios is an amazing host. He was there to welcome us with various local delicacies and was eager to take care of every detail. It is a pity we could not stay longer. Will definitely come back!
