Beautiful property in a great location, very quiet but close to everything. Rooftop pool with great views. Apartment was clean and all facilities worked perfectly. Warm welcome on arrival. Perfect stay and I will book again for sure.

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The apartment is centrally located, yet reasonably quiet. It is spacious, the shower is large, and in principle everything you need is available. The size of the apartment, the large shower and especially the location are its strongest points.
Although most amenities were available, it was quite noticeable that the apartment and its contents could use more attention and care.
The cutlery was not properly clean and had visible limescale marks. The coffee machine was stored away in a cupboard, which did not make it very inviting or convenient to use.
Only one large and one small towel were left on the bed. When I wanted to do some laundry, I found an empty bottle of detergent in the cupboard. I reported this, but unfortunately nothing was provided, even though laundry detergent is shown in the photos on Booking.com. The extra towels in the cupboard smelled very musty, and the cupboard itself was cluttered and dusty.
The apartment in general could really benefit from some refreshing and better maintenance. There were dirty brown marks and stains on the walls, and the sofa was also visibly dirty with brown stains. There was also mould on the shower wall, which we found unhygienic and something that should definitely be addressed.
Another important issue was the sliding door, which we were unable to lock with the key. I reported this through the chat and was advised to remove the key, but this did not solve the problem. As a result, every time we left the apartment, I felt obliged to lower the shutter completely for security. This meant that there was no ventilation, and the apartment felt stuffy when we returned and also during the night.
Finally, the lady who welcomed us seemed to be in a great hurry. The check-in felt rather impersonal, as though we were simply the next guests to process. A warmer and friendlier welcome would have made a much better first impression.
