Fabulous location, breakfast, and pool.
The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable. Extremely hard main bed, almost like sleeping on a box spring, and the sofa bed was almost as thin as a sheet.

The location is unsurpassed! Infinity and indoor pools are gorgeous but not very warm (solar heated) so did not spend too much time in the outdoor pool. Extensive breakfast. Accommodation was well equipped, excellent shower and beds.
Breakfast choices were generally extensive but very limited for people with food restrictions (except lactose intolerance). I would recommend to indicate allergens on the food descriptions as well as having options for people with food allergies presented and clearly labeled at the buffet. Since this is a specific question in the check-in information provided several days before arrival, we hoped that food allergies would be accommodated more. For guests with gluten allergy, these small things can make a huge difference.

The location on top of a mountain and the houses are very beautiful and cool.
Having to drive from the house to the place with all the amenities (restaurants, spa, gym etc). You should offer a shuttle service

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Lovely staff and great food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely come back and stay for longer. We had the most wonderful stay and my whole family loved it! Beautiful spaces both inside and out, attentive staff and excellent facilities. The staff we met were accommodating and friendly and made our stay very memorable.
