This is a great hotel in a good location. We liked everything. Food was exceptional. We had full board.
Check in took 30 minutes. Not the hotels fault but Nakuru is not the best safari park. The water level has risen and the flamingos are few. There is good bird watching, and we saw some rhinos but we enjoyed the other parks more.

Well laid out
Get to it is a challenge after a long day at work due to exceptionally heavy and indisciplined traffic at round abouts.

Most
Birthday Parties in the centre get too noisy. The Room cleaning needs a clearer time table. Sometimes arriving at 6pm when whole day you are away.

Cleanliness and very friendly support staff
Gym and spa haven’t been operational since inception of hotel yet it’s called woodlands hotel and spa. They also focused too much of their new years dinner to outsiders to the point residents were locked out of tables and not allowed to visit the gala and witness the fireworks.
